Broward County Traffic Engineering Facility

The project consisted of the Design/Build of a 27,000-square-foot one-story enclosed new maintenance facility. Exterior areas consist of a storage/service yard; approximately 2,000 square feet of covered storage and 8,000 square feet of open storage that includes loading docks, areas for storage and parking of trucks and cars. Interior space includes areas for layout, fabrication and storage of traffic signage and equipment; warehouse storage of bulk materials and administrative offices.
