Palm Beach Gardens Tennis Facility

This is the first project to be constructed on a 100 acre site recently acquired by the City from the McArthur Foundation. The project encompasses eight (8) acres of a heavily wooded site. The scope of work includes clearing exotic tree species and saving the native canopy located within the facility, eight (8) lighted HydroGrid Courts, a 2,400 sq ft club house and pro shop, a maintenance facility, 56 paved parking spaces, 1,700 ft roadway to the entrance of the 100 adjacent acre community park.
