RDC proudly presents – the Palm Springs Surf Club Project in sunny California. At the heart of the PSSC is a cutting-edge wave pool utilizing Surf Loch technology. This innovation empowers the facility to generate an array of wave shapes and sizes, setting the stage for an unparalleled surfing experience. Site Owners, PSSC, LLC. centers around an advanced wave pool designed to cater to everyone, from novice surfers to seasoned professionals.
While the wave pool takes center stage, the Palm Springs Surf Club is committed to offering more than just exceptional surfing while spanning 21 acres, the property has plenty family-friendly attractions such as the lazy river and splash pad ensuring a delightful experience for kids. Also encompass a sophisticated restaurant, a stylish bar, and multiple personal cabanas with spas overlooking the wave pool, adding a touch of luxury to the surfing haven.
History
The roots of the Palm Springs Surf Club trace back to the iconic Palm Springs Wet n’ Wild, which has been making waves in the desert landscape since its establishment in 1986. Originally designed for recreation rather than surfing, the pool’s ingenious pump configuration inadvertently produced surfable rights, occasionally hosting competitions. Notably, these very waves were featured in the 1987 film “North Shore,” immortalized when Rick Kane emerged victorious in the contest.
