Porsche Towers Swimming Pool, Whirlpool and 116 Balcony Pools

The Porsche Design Tower is a proposed skyscraper for Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, a high-rise made up of 132 private apartments on 60 stories. Porsche Towers project includes 116 private pools: between the 7th and the 55th floor, two private pools at the 56th story penthouse, one common outdoor pool flanked by a small hydro massage pool at the ground floor and 2 spa pools.

The common outdoor pool at the ground story designed with a wide structure and curvy lines perfectly matches the architecture layout of the Porsche Design Tower. The great ocean-front views can also be enjoyed from the small deck pool adjacent to the common outdoor pool, on the ground floor.

Furthermore, the exclusive building is provided with a common outdoor pool, located at the ground level; two symmetrical spa pool at the 6th floor; and with a hydro-massage pool and a vanishing edge common pool, both outdoor and placed on the roof. Myrtha Pools built the pools in this luxurious context, all of them wider than 20sm and provided with whirlpool and softwalk mat on the floor.

In addition to the private pools located on the flats terraces, the Porsche Design Tower also includes private car boxes (from two to four depending on the housing unit) located in every flat, where custom-built cars can be hold. A complex lifts system allows residents to reach their flat on board of their own car: such a paradise for the most passionate about cars.
