Prive Island Estates Main Swimming Pool, Beach Entry Pool, 2 Spas and 16 Penthouse Pools

Recreational Design and Construction was contracted by Suffolk Construction to build twenty elevated pools for the Prive’ project, located on 8-acre private island between Williams Island and Sunny Isles Beach.

The twin iconic 16-story towers is comprised with an expansive pool deck with two oversized Myrtha swimming pools and two hot spas. All 20 of the pools were elevated; 16 private penthouse pools, with the remaining 2 outdoor swimming pools and 2 spas built over the garage on the third level.

Suffolk Construction requested a commercial pool contractor that would team with them to deliver on the project on schedule and on budget. Recreational Design & Construction was the perfect contractor for the job! The project brought several challenges one being a category 5 hurricane Irma; which all of the pools withstood. This is proof of the structural integrity of the Myrtha technology and the great installation team Recreational Design possesses.
