Sunset Lakes Community Center

The City of Miramar came to RDC to fast track this project through redesign, permitting and construction. The project had been designed and ready for the standard bid process. The City realized they had a facility designed that didn’t fit their present needs for the community. RDC placed under contract their designers and worked with the City staff to redesign the building and fast tracked their permit process.
